1. Do you offer shipping to my country?
   We offer international shipping to the US, CA, AU, UK, and most European countries. If shipping is not supported for your location, you won't be charged, and we will email you for order cancellation and a full refund.
2. Will I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped?
   You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another email with tracking information when your label has been printed. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
   
   • Processing: 1-3 business days (not including holidays or weekends)
   • Shipping:
     • To US/AU/CA: 7-15 business days
     • To DE/FR and most European countries: 7-15 business days
     • To other countries: 10-30 business days
   Please note that delays may occur due to postal issues outside our control, such as COVID-19.
4. Why was my order divided into multiple packages?
   Orders may be split into different packages due to varying processing times or a large number of items. Each package will come with tracking information, and we will notify you if your order is divided.
5. What if my tracking information hasn’t updated?
   International shipping may take time to update while in transit or undergoing customs checks. We will do our best to provide updates as we receive them.
6. What happens if my package is returned due to a wrong address?
   Please double-check your address before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be destroyed by the shipping company. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reship in this case. We provide reminders on our site to help avoid these issues.
7. My order is "returned to the sender" ? The tracking status may indicate “return to sender” by default, but this does not mean the package will be returned to us. It typically signifies a return to the facility in your country. Some facilities may offer re-delivery for an additional charge, while others may destroy the package. Due to COVID-19, returning packages internationally is challenging and costly. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds or reshipments in this situation. Please ensure that your address is correct to avoid these issues; we have provided reminders on our site to assist you.
