- We ship worldwide. If there is some unexpected situation like recent COVID-19 stops the shipping to some district, we will contact you for full refund.

IF you want to change/cancel order, make sure you contact us within 24 hours, otherwise we ship as order, and will not be responsible for change/cancel.
Processing: Once your order is made, 1-3 business days processing (not including WEEKEND when we are OFF, sorry).
Shipping: It depends on the flight to destination country and actual local delivery.The unexpected situation like COVID-19 delays all international shipping.
- To US/ AU/ CA/ DE, it takes 7-20 business days to be delivered.
- To other countries, it takes 10-30 business days to be delivered.
- By USUAL SHIPPING in NORMAL condition.
- Orders over $30 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $30 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

RETURN AND REFUND
We do business in honest and happy way, willing to try what we can help anyway.
For any after-sale service, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours as of your order delivered.
Faulty Or Wrong Item
- IF a product gets damaged or faulty upon a delivery;
- IF a product is wrongly sent, color or size;
- Please provide photos as proof within 48 hours as of your order delivered, we will respond and provide solution asap. If over 48 hours after delivery, we are sorry it is not qualified to be refunded or returned.
- All of our items are produced based on Asian Size Standard measurements as we work with asian factory. We measure items by hands, there may be 2-3cm size difference.
- Any problems with fit or color is not accepted to return, unless we send the wrong color or size. We do our best to describe and photograph the items. Please check carefully and confirm color/size/quantity you want before order.
- Inquire if more measurements suggestion or detailed information is needed.
- If you would like to return the item due to fit problem, please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items. Besides, we only refund partial money as soon as we receive the returned items, as we paid the first time shipping.
- For sure, we are willing to offer other better solutions to help. We are here for you:)
- If parcel lost, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to wrong address as ordered, we are afraid it is not our responsibility. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit. We do shipping as ordered, with a shipping receipt as evidence.
- Once order is made, our system will directly email you an order confirmation.
- You shall contact us for address changes within 24 hours once the order made. Otherwise, we do ship to address as you ordered.
- Please understand that the international shipping includes airflight, two-time customer clearances, facility sorting and local delivery. There are much unexpected and uncontrollable situations.
- If package lost or returned to us by unknown reason not related with wrong address or local delivery failure to contact you, we would refund partially minus cost we paid, or resend with an extra charge of shipping.
