To maintain the pleats sharp, the hem of skirts is fixed with removable lines as they are completed in factory. Not faulty problem. Please try scissors to remove the lines.

* There is a buckle to slightly adjust the waist 1-2cm. 
If your waist is 68cm, we highly suggest you to take size L (68-72cm). 

* 1cm ≈ 0.3937 inch 

There may be 2-3cm error due to manual measurement.
