Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date. We accept exchanges and returns for items that are in their original condition. Please send the items you wish to exchange or return using a trackable shipping method, as customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will prepare the new item or issue a refund upon receiving the returned package.
