Due to COVID-19, we only ship by guaranteed priority airmail.

☆ Processing: 2-4 business days not include holidays or weekends. During holidays seasons, orders need 5-15 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and then it is shipped.

☆ Shipping: 8-20 business days. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international events/customs sorting.

You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another email with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 48-72 hours for updates to appear.

As a reminder, sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control, like COVID-19 delays, holiday season etc.
